Team event blind baking

Did you ever have a blind date with a bread? No? Well, then we recommend to you to rely on your good senses. As, with our "blind baking" your challenge will be to bake a Valais rye bread AOC oor a special bread from high quality ingredients. But for the preparation of the dough you will not be allowed to use any balance but to trust in your good senses...


  • Baking in a profi bakery under guidance of master baker Lukas Imseng
  • Equipment like apron, baker toque and any other necessary utensils
  • Ingredients for baking Valais rye bread AOC
  • Baked bread as souvenir


  • Duration: approx 1.5hours
  • From 6 to 22 persons

On request we can also bake special breads which you can then savour with an exclusive team meal in our panorama tearoom in the bakery, e. g. a savoury cheese fondue.
